1.      Responsive Systems
 
“Education is the key” we heart that at least one in our life time. This is not only a slogan, but a fact that define the future of our societies. Education and school curriculum tend to be combined. If the school curriculum is part of education process, education encompasses broader values including everyday learning from home and the day to day life into the community. Many kids cannot access standard school education system and/or are leaving a broken community leading to reduce the impact of the community on child development.
Education is not only for kids, but for everyone. Kid’s education is essential to prepare today the population that will lead the world of tomorrow. Venant Corp approach is to bring together capacities adapted to the environment of life of each community and supplemented with the use of today technologies to allow kids living in underserved areas to be aware of the progress and technologies that are or will be leading tomorrow world economy, politic, and business. 
Adult education is also an essential approach as per the impact it has for working adults in the cities to help them learn or adapt their learning to the need of today work environment, throughout the acquisition of new technologies knowledges and capacity, and through the management of their resources including incomes in order to secure the minimum necessary for their families.
In countryside, education encompasses many other actions including gender imparity that is a usual handicap for family’s. Bound with tool to understand resources management including natural resources, production and family’s income, countryside communities are able to organize themselves their lifestyle to meet local challenges and overcome poverty.
Venant Corp role is to contribute to make this possible, sustainable and replicable from place to place adapting what work in one place to work in another place taking into account the cultural difference.
 
2.      Partnership
Through close partnerships with state education agencies and other critical stakeholders, Venant Corp trains and engages practitioners to present teacher-generated ideas and solutions to decision-makers at multiple levels. Each year, Venant Corp’s teacher follow program produces education policy and practice recommendations shaped by quantitative and qualitative data gathered from the successful teacher’s peers across the world.
